Privacy Policy ("Vulpith") is an Internet based facilitating and matching platform for Clients (anyone utilizing the platform to request services to be performed by a Provider (Freelancer/Remote Employee/Agency)) or Providers (any Freelancer(s) or Remote Employee(s) or Agencies utilizing the Platform to offer services to Clients).

Vulpith's (Platform) biggest priority is safeguarding the privacy of the users, as well as those who are considering associating with us, have an interest in how we handle, and use, your personal information. This document outlines the privacy policy that is in place for the (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy explains how Vulpith, its affiliates, assigns, contractors, agents, predecessors and successors (collectively "Vulpith", "we", "us" or "our") collect, use, share and protect information in relation to the Vulpith website ( and any other websites, mobile applications, products, services, or any other software offered by Vulpith (collectively the "Website"), and your choices with respect to the collection and use of your information.

By using our Website, you understand and agree that we provide a platform for you to post content, including resumes, private information concerning your services, banking information, photos, comments and other materials (collectively "User Content") and to share such Content with selected users.This means that other individuals who visit or utilize the Website ("Users") may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you make publicly available through the Website, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

General Audience Platform: The Platform is for general audience and intended for users of age 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone younger than age 18 years. Profile information: When you register with Vulpith Platform, we collect information such as User Name, Password, Email Address that identifies you as a specific individual and can be used to contact or identify you.  You may create a profile, which consists of information about you, and may include personal Information, photographs, samples of your work, information on work previously performed via the Platform and outside the Platform, skills, tests taken, test scores, hourly pay rates, feedback/rating information and other information. We also may collect other information, such as zip codes, demographic data, information regarding your use of the service, and general project-related data ("Non-Identifying Information"). Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your personal information if it were combined with other identifiers in a way that enables you to be identified. But, Vulpith will treat all such combined information as personal information.

Payment Information: If you use the Platform to make or receive payments, we will also collect certain payment information, such as credit card, PayPal or other financial account information and billing address.

Personal Information: We may collect personal Information, such as your D.O.B (Date of Birth), Tax Payer Identification Number or PAN number (Permanent Account Number), to validate your identity or as may be required by law. We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of your government-issued identification or photo or a billing statement.

Collection of the Third Party Personal Information: collect the following personal information from you about your contacts or friends: First, last name and email address when you provide it to us for the purpose of adding or inviting your contacts to the Platform. 

Collected from Users Automatically
We and our third-party service providers, automatically collect certain information from you whenever you access or interact with the Platform. This information may include the Internet Protocol ("IP") address or other unique device identifier ("Device Identifier") for any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) used to access the Platform, browser and operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to the Platform, the search terms you entered into a search engine that led you to the Platform, areas within the Service that you visited, and other information commonly shared when browsers communicate with websites. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer to improve marketing, analytics, and site functionality.

Technology used to collect information from Users Automatically

Cookies: We use cookies on certain pages within the website in order to help track our traffic and to provide customized community services. An Embedded Script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer or other device and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect from the Service.

How we Respond to Do Not Track Signals
Please note that your browser setting may allow you to automatically transmit a "Do Not Track" signal to websites and online service you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what "Do Not Track" means in this context. Like many websites and online services, Vulpith does not alter its practices when it receives a "Do Not Track" signal from a visitor's browser.


Blog is provided for the users to post content publicly in forums ("Vulpith Forums") for sharing and acquiring the knowledge and also provide the opportunity to participate and/or post opinions and/or post questions and/or feedback and/or comments and/or other content (collectively "User Forum Content"). Please note that certain information, such as your name and profile may be publicly displayed on the blog along with your User Forum Content. Please note that your use of Blog is subject to the Vulpith Forum Rules and our Terms of use. Note: Anything you post to a Vulpith Forum is public; others will have access to your User Forum Content and may use it or share it with third parties. If you choose to voluntarily disclose Personal Information in your User Forum Content or use Vulpith Forums to link to your Profile, that information will be considered public information and the protections of this Privacy Policy will not apply.

We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our Platform. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you contact us using Contact Us form.

We also may receive information about you from third parties. For example, we may supplement the information we collect with outside records or third parties may provide information in connection with a co-marketing agreement or at your request (such as if you choose to sign in with a third-party service). You may register with Vulpith directly through our website or by logging into your account with a third party social networking service ("SNS") via our platform (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other third party services that let you sign in using your existing credentials with those services). If you choose to "like" or share content, or to otherwise share information from or via our Service with a third-party site or service, that information may be publicly displayed, and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of our Service (and we may have access to information about you from that third party). Your interactions with third parties through an SNS or similar features are governed by the respective privacy policies of those third parties.

You represent that you are entitled to use your SNS account for the purposes described herein without breach by you any of the terms and conditions that govern the SNS, and without obligating Vulpith to pay any fees or making Vulpith subject to any usage limitations imposed by such SNS. You can disable the link between your Vulpith account and your SNS account at any time though the "Settings" section of our Service. Please note that your relationship with any SNS is governed solely by your agreement(s) with such SNS. If your SNS account terminates, then functions enabled through the link between your Vulpith account and your SNS account will terminate as well.

How We Use and Retain Your Information

We may use your information to process your registration, verify the information you provide is valid, provide and improve the community services that you request, as well as to analyze our website traffic, customize our website, provide customer service, to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activity and internal business purposes.

To contact you with administrative communications and marketing or promotional materials (on behalf of Vulpith or third parties) and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please let us know using subscribe option from home page or Contact us page.

To assess your proposal to perform a freelance project for Vulpith and prepare related governmental and internal statistics reports;

To administer and develop our business relationship with you and, if applicable, the corporation or other legal entity you represent;

For the purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, and as described in this Privacy Policy.

Parties with whom we may share your information

We may share Non-Identifying Information and/or disclose Non-Identifying Information to third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for the marketing purposes unless we first provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to or opt-out of such sharing. We may also share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, or in the following circumstances:
Information about providers (Freelancers/Agencies) will be shared with Clients. If you choose to apply for project as a provider via the Submit Proposal,we will share information relevant to your application with the applicable Client(s), including, but not limited to, the information contained in your Job Profile as well some of your personal profile.
Information about Clients shared with providers. The user receiving your information is not allowed to use it for purposes unrelated to the transaction, such as to contact you for marketing purposes, unless you have expressly consented to it.
Affiliates and Partners: We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services (e.g., Background verification services, database management, maintenance services, web analytics and online advertising, payment processing, fraud detection and improvement of Vulpith features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf.
Suppose, in the case of a transaction like a merger & acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation we transfer part or the whole of Vulpith or our assets to another organization. Your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Website may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

Modifying Your Information/Closing Your Account
Upon request Vulpith will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. If you completely delete all your information, then your account may become deactivated. If your account is deactivated or you ask to close your account, you will no longer be able to use the Service. If you would like us to delete your account in our system, you can do so through Vulpith support. However, certain information will actively persist on the Service even if you close your account. In addition, your Personal Information may remain in our system for our administrative purposes. It is not always possible to completely remove or delete information from our databases. In addition, we typically will not remove information you posted publicly through or on the Service.

International Transfer of Personal Information
Vulpith is an Indian company. If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, Vulpith transfers Personal Information to India for processing. India may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your information to India, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy. By visiting the Service, or providing Vulpith with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in India.

You may be redirected in some cases as our Services contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. Public Profile
The profile you create on our site will be publicly accessible unless otherwise indicated. You may change the privacy settings of your profile through your account portal. Security Vulpith takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about Vulpith Users. All access to the Site is encrypted using industry-standard transport layer security technology (TLS). When you enter sensitive information (such as tax identification number), we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also use HTTP strict transport security to add an additional layer of protection for our Vulpith Users. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, while we strive to protect your personal data, Vulpith cannot ensure and does not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.
